Access, Affordability, and Sustainability: Barriers to High-Quality Care in a High-Income Country

There is a perception among oncologists that the field of global oncology pertains only to matters related low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). It stems from considers lack access cancer care unaffordability therapy as problems plague less affluent regions world. In this commentary, we aim shed light on fact these issues do not respect dichotomies high-income versus low-income or north south.
